Real Ricotta. Traditional Shells.
Our cannoli cream contains genuine ricotta cheese. Our cannoli shells are traditional, flour based shells. We believe the ingredients should be exactly what we say they are, never substitutes presented as the real thing.
Each cannoli is piped and finished for the guest, with a selection of cream flavors and toppings chosen for the occasion. The presentation may change from one celebration to the next, but our commitment to authentic ingredients remains the same.

New Flavor Development
$75
Per Requested Flavor Attempt
Want us to attempt a flavor we have never offered? The $75 development fee covers our effort to create and evaluate it. This is an attempt only. We cannot guarantee the flavor will work or be approved for service.
If the Flavor Meets Our Standards
$35 to $50
Per 1.5 Pounds of Approved Cream
If the new flavor passes Don Dolce's quality standards, the cream is priced at $35 to $50 per 1.5 pounds, depending on the complexity of producing it. This cream pricing is separate from the $75 development attempt.
Approval is based on flavor, texture, quality and suitability for service. Highly specialized ingredients, including edible gold additions, can increase the price substantially and will be quoted separately.

If you can name it, there is a good chance we can serve it. We welcome custom topping requests, provided we can source the ingredients and serve them safely and properly.

These are examples, not the boundaries of what we can provide. Premium toppings are quoted individually according to the ingredients, quantities and sourcing requirements. All custom requests are subject to availability and Don Dolce's service standards.

Drawing on his knowledge and relationships with cigar families and suppliers, The Consigliere personally selects cigars suited to your menu, preferences and guests. The collection is built for your occasion, not chosen at random.
Ultra LED Man
Built by the Performer Himself
Ultra LED Man's suit was conceived, designed and constructed in house by the performer himself. It is American made, with its own original design and construction rather than a commercially purchased, premade LED suit.
The result is a singular piece of performance equipment, shaped around the artist who wears it. The engineering, appearance and creative details are his own.
For Don Dolce events, Ultra LED Man brings a custom built visual performance that stands apart from standard, off the shelf LED entertainment.

Our Standards Come First
Whether we are developing an unfamiliar cannoli flavor, selecting a premium garnish, choosing cigars for a particular evening or presenting original LED entertainment, the details must meet Don Dolce's standards. We would rather decline a request than serve something that does not meet our expectations.
