Don Dolce provides a roaming cannoli experience. Don Dolce move seamlessly throughout the venue, engaging guests while preparing and serving freshly piped and—per your guests tastes—topped cannoli on the spot

How do I reserve Don Dolce for my event?
How far in advance should I reserve Don Dolce?
Four to Six weeks is the safest option, however we do accommodate last minute reservations provided our Capos are available to serve.
How large of an event can Don Dolce cater to?
We can cater up to a thousand guests.
How small of an event will Don Dolce cater to?
Planning to surprise your better half with cannoli when you pop the question? We’ve got you covered. Intimate events and small gatherings warms our hearts.
Can I request specific toppings, fillings, and cannoli shells?
Absolutely!
Toppings: We have six topping slots that can be filled whatever you desire! Most clients prefer an assortment of sprinkles, nuts such as almonds and pistachios, Oreos, pretzel crumbs, variety of candies such as M&M’s and crumbled Butterfinger. A full list of available toppings will be provided.
Cannoli shells: we can provide gluten free.
Filling: We can provide dairy free.
Cost?
Each event’s quote is tailored to the host’s preferences, location, guest count, and accommodations. Travel, custom attire, and premium requests are reflected in final pricing.
When is payment due?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings made at least four weeks in advance.
An additional 25% non-refundable deposit is due two weeks prior to the event.
For bookings made within four weeks of the event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service. If payment is made by check, it must be received at least one week prior to the event and cleared before service is rendered.
What happens if Don Dolce can not make the event?
We maintain a team of trained server-actors to ensure continuity of service, with the ability to seamlessly support and back one another as needed. As a result, the likelihood of Don Dolce being unable to fulfill a scheduled engagement is extremely low.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to honor our commitment, all deposits will be refunded in full, along with an additional 25%.
